How do I delete the inventories permanently?
When you delete the inventories from the listing page, they are are not permanently deleted. This is done for two reasons : It is possible to recover the inventories incase of accidental delete and it prevents unauthorized delete by the salesperson. To permanently delete the inventories, there is an additional step to be followed after deleting it from the listing. User has to click on "Empty Recycle Bin" on the right most side as highlighted in the screenshot. This will permanently delete the inventories from your database and you can add the inventory back again by filling its details.
Once permanently deleted, it is not possible to recover the inventory again.
This action can only be performed by Zop Staff, Owners and Managers.
Only inventories that have been deleted can be permanently deleted from the records.
