Leads Overview

Leads Overview

Leads are the unqualified contacts or sales opportunities in your business. They are the raw details gathered about individuals or representatives of organizations collected from your website, walk-ins, phone calls, third-party syndication partners and other marketing campaigns. A lead goes through the follow-up process by sales reps and when qualified, they're converted into a Contact and Deal (opportunity) in Zop CRM.

The Leads module in Zop allows you to add all your leads in one place along with the vehicle of interest. Adding all necessary information such as name, address, phone number, and email helps in getting in touch with them easily.

The record details page displays everything that you need to know about the lead such as lead overview, activities, notes,  attachments, and email interactions.

You can view the list of leads using the standard list views available or create a custom list view of your choice.
