How to Schedule a Report

You can set a schedule to receive the report on your email(s) at the time that is most convenient for you and your team. To do so, click on the Reports in the left section and then select any of the Report sections, in our case, we will select Inventory Reports as an example to Schedule Garage Register report.




Once the Inventory Reports section is open, click on Smart View dropdown and select the desired View for which you would like to set schedule. In our case, it is Garage Register.



Click on Set Schedule (Update Schedule if schedule is already set).



Fill the details for the schedule such as Frequency, Date & Time and the timezone.
For the primary recipient, you can select multiple from the dropdown as shown in screenshot below:



For additional recipients, you can add multiple email addresses as you would like and then click as Save.



There might be delay of up-to 5 minutes so schedule the reports accordingly.
