Working a Cash Deal

How to work a Cash Deal in Zop Software


Starting a New Cash Deal

Step 1: Go to the Deals module in the left navigation 
Step 2: Click on "Create New Deal"
Step 3: Select the Deal Date 
Step 4: Select Deal Type to Cash 



Customer Info
Select a Customer from the drop-down or click on Add New Customer to add a new record 


Vehicle Info
Select the inventory from the dropdown. Only In-stock inventory will be shown in the drop-down section. Once you select the inventory it will show you full details about the vehicle. You will have the ability to update the odometer reading at this time.





Disclosures 
You can write all your disclosures for the vehicle that you need to disclose to the new buyer. 
If you added any disclosures during the time you added this vehicle to the inventory, it will automatically appear in this section


Delivery Information
Step 1: Update the Delivery Date and Time 
Step 2: Select the Manager who will approve this deal along with the salesperson.
Note: Once you select the Manager & Salesperson it will automatically pre-populate the Sales person title and registration number on the paperwork.
Click on Save to move to the next step. 

Worksheet (Deal Info)

Step 1: Add or update the selling price 
Step 2: Add a Dealer Guarantee
Step 3: Add Extended Warranty 
Step 4: Edit Taxes and Licence Fees
Step 5: Add Any Payments Received  Under the Total Payments Section 
Step 6: Click on Save 

Print Paperwork
You can scroll to the Print button at the top right of the screen to print all your paperwork.

- Deposit Agreement 
- Vehicle History Acknowledgement 
- Customer Worksheet
- Open Disclosure Agreement 
- Delivery Checklist 
- Vehicle Disclosures
- Deal Recap
