How to Print a Vehicle Disclosure Form

Vehicle Disclosure Form 

The vehicle disclosure form is an extra level of protection which you can print and have your customer sign.
The form reiterates to the customer the vehicle they are purchasing, any disclosures or declarations the vehicle might have.

How to Print a Vehicle Disclosure Form

There are two places where you can print a Vehicle Disclosure Form from:

  1. From the Inventory Module

  2. From the Deals Module

To print Vehicle Disclosure from the Inventory Module, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Inventory Module
  2. Select a vehicle
  3. Click on the print button
  4. Select Vehicle Disclosure to Print


To print Vehicle Disclosure from the Deals Module, please follow the steps below:
  1. Go to the Deals Module 
  2. Select a Deal
  3. Click on the print button 
  4. Select Vehicle Disclosure to Print
